World Fighting League Updates
*Plan is to sign 192 athletes next year (starting January 1st) ahead of a February 5th, 2023 start
*Guaranteed contracts for WFL time, free to work with other promoters to offset the one-year delay and insurance to cover training camp injuries
*Three events will be February 5th, 2023 with a fourth February 6th, 2023 
*Florida, Texas and Nevada will host WFL events in 2023 
*In talks with providers like DAZN and Amazon Prime for streaming rights, although nothing official 
*A plan for four conferences- North America, South America, Europe/Africa and Asia/Oceania
*Between eight and twenty-four teams in each conference
*Twenty-four fighters per roster with three per weight class
*Weight classes: women's flyweight, women's bantamweight, featherweight, lightweight, welterweight, middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight
*Regular season events will determine team and fighter points that feed into the playoffs
*Fighters will be paid the higher amount of either a traditional purse or just over three percent of the events' earnings
*Owners will share the remaining revenue after a 50-50 split with the fighters on their roster  
*Six owners have so far been approved, with four in the United States and two in Canada 
*League officials will be paid in either US dollars or cryptocurrency
