A strawweight rematch between former champions Rose Namajunas and Jessica Andrade is targeted for UFC 249 on Saturday, April 18th

Boxing 
All six fighters on tomorrow's Shields-Habazin card have successfully made weight. The opening bout will be a WBA-IBF super middleweight unification between Alicia Napoleon-Espinosa and Elin Cederroos; and the second bout will be Jaron Ennis v. Bakhityar Eyubov in a ten-round 145-pound bout. Ennis is 24-0 with twenty-two knockouts. The main event will see Claressa Shields v. Ivana Habazin for the vacant WBC and WBO 154-pound titles

A bout card on Saturday, April 18th in Queensberry, UK will include Daniel Dubois (main event) and Anthony Yarde (co-main event) against TBD opponents. Dubois is 14-0 with thirteen knockouts while Yarde is 18-1 with seventeen knockouts


Tokyo 2020 Soccer Qualifying
The U.S. men will start qualifying with group stage action between March 20th and 26th in a group along with Mexico, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. Group B will see Canada, Haiti, Honduras and El Salvador

The United States women will start qualifying in nineteen days and counting against Costa Rica, Haiti and Panama

Tokyo 2020- Men's Volleyball Qualification Tournaments Update 
In the Europe tournament, France defeated Serbia in five games in the first semifinal. They will take on either Bulgaria or Germany in the tournament final tomorrow

The Asia qualifier is into the semifinals, which are set for Saturday: Iran v. South Korea and Qatar v. China

Tunisia is currently the lone 2-0 team in the Africa qualifier field after their win over Egypt, who drops to 1-1 along with Algeria. Cameroon is 0-2. Tunisia can seal an Olympic spot with a win tomorrow over Algeria (8 pm Cairo time, or 1 pm Eastern time)


Tokyo 2020- Women's Volleyball Qualification Tournaments Update 
Poland holds a two-set lead (2-0) over the Netherlands in their Pool A match. With Bulgaria's earlier four-set win over Azerbaijan, both Poland and the Netherlands are effectively guaranteed Europe tournament semifinal spots assuming Poland hangs on

The Asia qualification tournament has moved into the semifinal round, which is set for Saturday: Thailand v. Kazakhstan and South Korea v. Chinese Taipei. The final will take place on Sunday

African Qualifier champion Kenya (four wins in four games) will join Italy, Russia, Brazil, United States, China, Serbia and Japan in the Olympic field this summer

Top Rank has signed unbeaten two-belt super lightweight champion Josh Taylor. TR also has Jose Ramirez- who holds the other two 140-pound belts- in their ranks, which can potentially lead to a unification bout. No bouts have yet been announced for Taylor
