What should be done about Russia?

I have a few ideas:

1. Removal- not suspension- from the U21 Euros qualifying, which is the Europe qualifier for men's soccer at the next Summer Games.
*This would mean they would have one less avenue to qualify for Paris 2024.
*There's also the fact that saying "you can't play now" is less of a punishment then saying "you can no longer play"

2. Removal from September's EuroBasket lineup or, if that's not a possibility, ensuring that all of their games are behind closed doors with no live stream, no TV coverage of any kind and no live stats

3. Taking away their UEFA membership, then their FIFA membership
*Taking away their UEFA membership means they won't be able to compete at the League of Nations or any World Cup qualifier tournaments in addition to the next Euros that they're already excluded from until they're able to reapply for membership, which I think should be a period of at least five years.

4. Moving the men's volleyball worlds (August and September) and short-course swimming worlds (December) to locations outside of Russia
