*The telecom company Three- which is Chelsea's shirt sponsor- have suspended their sponsorship deal with the club and requested that their logo be removed from Stamford Bridge, Chelsea's home stadium, as a result of government sanctions against Chelsea's owner

*Hyundai, Chelsea's sleeve sponsor, hasn't yet made a concrete decision

*Chelsea has been placed on a transfer ban in addition to a ban on selling new tickets, although fans that have already purchased tickets can still go to games

*No merchandise can be sold at the club shop

*This doesn't impact the club's ability to pay staff or players

*There's a limit on how much can be spent per home match, including catering and security  

*There's a five-figure limit on travel to away matches 

*Barclaycard company credit cards have been frozen
