2023 Euro U21 Qualifying
The main tournament, which will be June 9th through July 2nd of next year, will be the European qualifiers for Paris 2024 men's soccer

Qualifiers
Matchdays seven and eight of ten in the group stage will be later this month with the final two matchdays in June

Group A: Azerbaijan and Estonia have already been eliminated
Still in: Croatia, Norway, Austria and Finland

Group B: Latvia and San Marino have already been eliminated 
Still in: Germany, Israel, Poland and Hungary 

The whole of Group C is still in play. Russia, at least according to Wikipedia, hasn't been removed from the field. Also in the group are Spain, Slovakia, Malta, Northern Ireland and Lithuania 

Group D: Liechtenstein has been eliminated 
Still in: Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Iceland and Belarus 

Group E: Gibraltar has been eliminated
Still in: Switzerland, Netherlands, Moldova, Wales and Bulgaria 

Group F: Luxembourg has been eliminated
Still in: Sweden, Italy, Ireland, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro 

The whole of Group G is still in play: Czech Republic, England, Albania, Slovenia, Kosovo and Andorra 

Group H: Armenia can only reach the playoffs and can no longer qualify directly 
Still in play: France, Ukraine, North Macedonia, Faroe Islands and Serbia 

Group I: Belgium is the only team in the entire qualifier stage to be assured of at least the playoffs as they are guaranteed to finish top two in the group. Scotland and Turkey can no longer qualify directly but can make the playoff round. Kazakhstan has been eliminated

Playoffs: Israel, Greece, Netherlands, Italy, Ukraine, Norway, Denmark and England
