Should the UFC book Leon Edwards v. Khamzat Chimaev?
Yes, in my opinion- Leon wants to fight and Khamzat is open to it.

All UFC inactivity guidelines aren't equal
Recent news saw welterweight Leon Edwards and strawweight Tatiana Suarez removed from their respective UFC rankings due to inactivity (they both last fought last summer), despite being close to title shots in their respective weight classes.
Explain, then, how Conor McGregor is still ranked at lightweight with his last 155 bout taking place in October of 2018 and how Brian Ortega was still ranked second at featherweight with a twenty-two month gap between bouts.
