Group A: 2-0 El Salvador has qualified for the quarterfinals 

Group B: Canada and United States are both 1-0 and can qualify for the quarterfinals if they both win tomorrow

Group C: Costa Rica and Jamaica are both 1-0 and can qualify for the quarterfinals if they win their respective games on Friday 

Group D: Honduras is 1-0; Panama and Qatar are both 0-0-1; Grenada is 0-1
