Asia World Cup Qualifying- where do things stand?

Third of four rounds (the fourth round is a playoff with the Oceania winner) 

Group A

The battle to join Iran in automatic qualification is between South Korea and United Arab Emirates, with South Korea three wins and six points in front. Lebanon, Iraq and Syria can only qualify for the fourth round

Group B

Saudi Arabia is the only team assured of at least round four; China can no longer qualify directly but can reach the playoff stage; Vietnam has been eliminated courtesy of their 0-7 mark in round three
