Robbie Lawler's lost four straight- most recently August of last year against Colby Covington in a bout he was thoroughly dominated in and last weekend against Neil Magny, where he lost by identical 30-27 scores

Probably Mark De La Rosa, who's lost four straight 

Hannah Cifers would be, as she's also lost four straight, but she has fought three times in four months

Ji Yeon Kim's probably not in danger- her last win was back in October- but she missed weight twice in her last three bouts 

What's next for UFC featherweight Arnold Allen?

I'd say Calvin Kattar- Allen is ninth-ranked and 7-0 in the UFC while Kattar is ranked sixth. 

Should Irene Aldana get a UFC bantamweight title shot if she defeats Holly Holm next month?

I'm going to say no, and here's why- the person she beat to kick off her current win streak (Vanessa Melo) was making her UFC debut. If she defeats Holly Holm (after knocking out Ketlen Vieira back in December) and then another top-five bantamweight, that should get her a title shot.
